Daniel O’Brien is a Senior Tax Manager in our Tax Department, bringing 30 years of experience working with diverse industries. His professional background includes working with closely held companies, large private and public companies, and high net worth individuals. Daniel’s areas of specialization include tax planning, multi-state taxation, mergers and acquisitions and extensive international tax experience.

 

Formerly with a Big Four accounting firm and a Fortune 500 Company, Dan holds his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and earned his Bachelors of Science Degree from DePaul University in Chicago. He also has served as Vice-President of the O’Hare Chapter of the Illinois CPA Society.
