Eric A. Naleway

Partner/Audit/Consulting/CPA

​Eric is a partner in the Audit and Review Services business unit of the Firm, as well as in the Firm’s Consulting Division.  In addition to overseeing many of the Firm’s traditional audit and review engagements, Eric’s responsibilities include managing many of the Firm’s larger non-traditional engagements, especially in the areas of agreed-upon-procedures, quality of earnings, due diligence and forensic accounting.  He oversees many of the Firm’s engagements for both privately held and public company clients.  He maintains broad experience in auditing international companies, and is therefore in charge of many of the Firm’s international audits.  Eric has also gained extensive experience in the cannabis industry, where he runs numerous audits and consulting engagements, and advises clients in all areas of Section 280E.  Additionally, Eric has extensive experience in assisting the Firm’s business and high net worth individuals in litigation-related services, including fraud detection, damages and loss determinations.  Eric also has expertise in preparing complex financial models while assisting our clients in both the procurement of debt financing and equity placements.  He has vast knowledge and experience with QuickBooks accounting software, providing expert consulting services and staff training to our clients.

 

Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Eastern Illinois University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
